My passion lies in sharing knowledge and motivating those around me.With 23 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, my career for the last 13 years has primarily focused on Training and Development, Competency System Management, and Competency Assessment processes.In my current role as the Training Manager at Anton Oil in Majnoon Oilfield, Iraq, I lead a department of 76 members. We have developed a Competency System, digitized training processes, and provided strategic consultations for the Basra Oil Company's future Training Center. These efforts have significantly enhanced operational and educational efficiency.Previously, I served as the Training and Development Manager at Gazprom Neft Badra B.V., Iraq. Before that, I was the Competency Project Manager at M-I SWACO (The Schlumberger Company) in Texas, USA, and a Technical Training Specialist (Environmental Solutions) at the Training Center of M-I SWACO in Volgograd.At Gazprom Neft Badra B.V., I established a Training Center, assembled an instructors' team, and oversaw the creation of the Oil and Gas Terminals training program from scratch, covering Production, Oil Plant, Gas Plant, and Maintenance. I developed and launched a Competency Assurance System for over 200 field operators and technicians and, with a team of IT developers, created an original IT application to support the Competency System. I initiated the Project Technical Library, Language Learning Classes and Clubs, and an Internal Training Campaign, developing and delivering a series of Soft Skills and Cultural Awareness courses. I also ran training initiatives on another Gazprom Neft project in Iraqi Kurdistan, focusing on Oil and Gas + Soft Skills.As a Competency Project Manager for M-I SWACO (The Schlumberger Company), I developed a Competency Assurance System for the company's field personnel. My diverse experience in factories, workshops, drilling rigs, and as an Engineering Instructor—where I trained over 2000 students—greatly contributed to this work.My exposure to a variety of technologies and infrastructural projects provided a comprehensive overview of the industry. I designed approximately 15 Drilling Fluid Processing Systems, various Waste Management and Solids Control equipment, and created the general design for a Liquid Mud Plant (Fluids Plant) and Bulk Plant for GazFlot (Gazprom affiliate) in Murmansk, Russia.
