I provide ongoing support to FDC's clients using the Inventory Capital Solutions (ICS) software program and analysis tool. I develop new projects to improve the software and better serve our clients' needs.

I support the Lean Manufacturing team through data analysis and reporting. My primary responsibilities are producing weekly and monthly reports on production quality data and analyzing data to identify long-term trends. I also coordinate between departments to resolve quality issues and develop process changes.

I provided technical support for students, faculty and staff at Illinois State University. Support primarily revolved around accounts, email, network drives, internet connectivity, and various enterprise applications on Windows and Mac environments. I recorded and tracked work through IT service management software and collaborated with other teams in the Administrative Technologies department.

I administered Practice SAT tests for high school students at a weekly class offered by the Normal Parks Department. I guided the students through the test-taking process, teaching them strategies and helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses.

I helped develop FEE’s brand as an engaging, authoritative provider of economics-related news, ideas and trends. During my time at FEE, I increased their number of Facebook page “likes” by 50%, number of Twitter followers by 80%, and number of email subscriptions by 100%. I wrote & delivered engaging daily, weekly & monthly email newsletters and conducted data analysis of social media & email marketing.Note: in January 2015 my title changed from Social Media Manager to Digital Media Associate.
