Hello! My name is Becky Lauridsen, I am the proud founder of IOME. It's an I Owe Me instead of an I Owe You! IOME offers Guilt Free Self Care by partnering with local businesses to offer discounted self care services and products to our members. Anything from mental health therapy, massages, gym memberships, and so much more! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and crazy passionate about decreasing the mental health stigma and increasing overall wellness. IOME achieves this by holding each member accountable to their wellness journey. IOME also offer Onsite Mental Health Support (virtual or in person) to places of employment to support their team members as they navigate the many challenges we all face in work/life balance. Our IOME Onsite Mental Health Support Program is a great way to take initiative to increase mental health awareness and prove to your employees how much you care about their overall wellness.
