As a consultant, I support the IATA team on the INCLAVI (Inclusive Aviation) project, which aims to improve accessibility in air travel by creating a training curriculum for a wide range of aviation professionals. Leveraging my past and current aviation experiences, I am responsible for creating, editing, and reviewing curriculum content and other relevant documents.

As an aircrew instructor, I am qualified to train both initial and experienced aviation personnel in safety and emergency protocols, Crew Resource Management (CRM) for fostering effective teamwork, security measures, aero-medical aspects and aviation First Aid, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

I worked within the European department of External Affairs & Sustainability at the International Air Transport Association, the trade association for the world airlines which represents and serves airlines with advocacy and global standards for safety, security, sustainability and operational efficiency. In this role I have conducted in-depth policy analysis, mainly focusing on unruly passengers and human trafficking prevention, consumer protection, accessibility, and environment-related national and EU policies. My responsibilities involved identifying key challenges and opportunities for the industry to inform strategic advocacy campaigns.I also actively engaged in awareness-raising activities, such as representing the organization at external events and drafting advocacy letters to relevant stakeholders, particularly on the issue of managing and preventing onboard unruly incidents.Finally, I supported the team in various administrative tasks, as well as in the planning of strategic events, training sessions, and workshops, coordinating logistical aspects.

As a cabin crew member, my primary focus was ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers, consistently upholding stringent safety protocols while delivering outstanding customer service. Operating within the culturally diverse landscape of international flights, I demonstrated exceptional cultural mindfulness and catered to the diverse needs of our customers. My role demanded a profound understanding of cultural nuances, effective communication across language barriers, and the ability to de-escalate conflicts, all contributing to a positive and secure atmosphere for passengers worldwide.
