Facilitates corporate artist bookings and maintains relationships with clients ensuring the delivery of top caliber performances and other artist services.

Handles the administrative tasks for the Cinematheque unit covering the supervision of the regional teams, processing of payments for utilities (i.e. electricity, water, security service, etc.), oversight of daily operations of all Cinematheque Centres and performance of other tasks as required.

The job entails the overall curation of programs and events in line with the theme assigned to a particular month. This also includes the coordination with the producers for film acquisition and with the regional officers for distribution of films.Also part of the job is the formulation and mounting of events and the submission and filing of liquidation reports.

Handles the coordination for events and guesting opportunities for the promotion of the film project. Works directly with the promo specialists for execution of events and other activities including TV and radio guesting, photo shoots, premier nights, and special screenings among others.

Overall assistance in post production requirements of programs produced by the network. Daily task entails direct communication with production team for editing requirements such as scheduling for the use of editing facilities, ingestion of materials, provision of video editor/s, audio editor/s, musical scorer/s, graphics, music, and other materials as required by the producer.

Provides overall support during the production of the film. Works closely with the assistant director during film shoots.

Takes calls and assists customers in all concerns related to their subscription including activation of the product, creation of account, basic technical support, product sales, billing inquiries, and cancellation.
