I have 22 years as a technology lawyer and over 30 years of experience as a registered patent agent. I have extensive experience assisting companies in all aspects of protecting intangible assets in Canada and internationally. I have worked in large law firms in both Toronto and Vancouver, as a sole proprietor of my own intellectual property legal practice and as in-house counsel for a Vancouver-based technology company where I provided legal advice relating to its’ research, manufacturing and sales divisions.
