Everything about safe and good food! With this motto Ipek Ege Food Safety Consultancy is going on its way since 2006 with well known restaurants in İstanbul and İzmir. To create difference on the way of achieving the safe food, I was dreaming and planning a social responsibility project. Finally I began to work on Şehirde İYİ GIDA (Good Food in Town) in 2012 by using experiences as follows; my thirteen years of food safety knowledge and eight years of food safety consultancy in Food & Beverage field and deep know-how about implementing food safety systems for the restaurants with kitchen people. 'Şehirde İYİ GIDA' (Good Food in Town) is a social responsibility project for the public of Izmir City and had just started with street activities in late 2013 and waiting for it's main sponsors to activate the training and auditing programs. Creating new ideas and working on projects both in food safety and nutrition is my big concern. Also I am in touch with my followers on Facebook page ''İpek Ege Gıda Danışmanlığı'' by sharing food safety tips and news from my clients. Besides food related subjects personally I am deeply interested in creativity in every drop of life.
