I am the Program Director of the Engineering Management Program and an Associate Professor, bringing extensive experience in higher education, program leadership, and student mentorship. My role encompasses teaching both face-to-face and online graduate courses, where I emphasize practical application and industry relevance to prepare students for leadership roles in engineering and management.In addition to teaching, I advise students on degree planning, career development, and professional growth, serving as both a thesis committee chair and member. My scholarly activities focus on advancing knowledge in engineering management through research and publications, contributing to both academic and industry communities.Beyond the classroom, I am deeply involved in program development and administration. This includes overseeing admissions, designing and refining curriculum, managing program operations, and developing strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain high-quality students.
