• Lead the development and implementation of environmental and social impact strategies, methodologies, and initiatives for H&M and its premium brands globally, ensuring alignment with business models aimed at achieving a profitable circular future.• Oversee the environmental impact assessments for various product groups across all regions and brands within the H&M Group, ensuring comprehensive analysis and action plans.• Conduct advanced analyses and gather industry trends related to environmental impact tools and programs to identify and prevent economic inefficiencies within current business models.• Collaborate with the Reverse Supply Chain team to develop new business models by addressing gaps in the current framework, including the collection, sorting, enhancement, and recirculation of materials.• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the group's material vision and production process environmental impact methodologies and strategies.• Support the implementation and utilization of the Higg Materials Sustainability Index (MSI) and Product Module (PM) to advance H&M's transparency agenda.• Assist in regulatory and legislative efforts related to product impact, including Product Environmental Footprint (PEF), Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), biodiversity, and eco-design.• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate industry-wide implementation of product impact initiatives.• Contribute to the development and adherence to potential social impact legislations and frameworks, with a particular focus on human rights, diversity, and equality.• Collaborate with the transparency team to ensure compliance with transparency, traceability, and sustainability reporting requirements, enhancing decision-making processes through the integration of sustainability KPIs both internally and externally, particularly for customers.
