CurrentDSG HR Consultancy and Recruitment is established in 2006 with a mission to provide its clients with proven and reliable solutions in finding talented and well-qualified candidates for the positions needed.• Phone screening, shortlisting, qualifying & interviewing potential candidates; • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates; • Conducting Executive Search Activities; • Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy; • Confirming interviews, preparing candidates and managing the follow up & feedback process, managing short-listing candidates; • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer; • Organising interviews for candidate as requested by the client; • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;
