I am a materials engineer with a bachelor's degree in materials science from Turkish-German University and pursuing a master's degree in materials engineering at RWTH Aachen University. I have completed internships at three different companies, where I gained extensive experience in surface engineering, corrosion resistance, tribology, polymer-based coating systems, sol-gel processes, heat treatment, and formability enhancement.In my previous internship Borçelik, I worked with the research and development and the metallurgical quality process control departments, where I contributed to the defectology, production management and control, reporting data from production lines, and leading test productions of mild and galvanized steel. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities in the materials engineering field, and I aim to leverage my knowledge and skills to create innovative and sustainable solutions. I value collaboration, learning, and diversity, and I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the team with my multilingual and multicultural background.
