As Data & Analytics Leader at Take, I am experiencing a challenge to build and expand the team responsible for spreading the data-driven culture, generating innovation through data, supporting all company teams in generating knowledge and maintaining Take "One Step Beyond".Our biggest achievements, merits of this incredible, engaged and highly skilled team, during that time were: - Structuring of our Data-Lake in Azure; - Expansion of analytical capabilities; through Machine Learning Models; - Delivery of strategic financial and product dashboards; - Partnerships with Universities and other companies in the Data Science Market.

I worked as a developer and artificial intelligence's analyst focusing in machine learning, people management and training, the theoretical field of artificial intelligence and chatbots developing.With new challenges appearing in "Business SmartContacts" field, I received the mission to develop and improve Smart Contacts artificial intelligence at Take, building and managing a team for that and developing a working methodology focusing in three major pilars: - Modeling AI Systems- Audit and Explain AI Systems- Teaching clients teams, business teams and tech teams to understanding and operate AI Systems

Nessa nova onda de chatbots, com a Take se posicionando como referência nacional, tenho trabalhado bastante no desenvolvimento de Chatbots para grandes clientes, como bancos e instituições financeiras.
