Report to Finance Controller1. Assist and maintain general accounting books and records in compliance with corporate policies, regulatory, rules and Indonesian taxation report2. Key contributor in the budget and standard costing development, which incorporates external variables (inflation, fuel increment, interest rate, and statutory/fiscal policies) and internal variables (sales forecast, business performance and corporate policy)3. Liaise with tax authorities and external auditor and highly involve in audit process4. Maintain inter-company account balances. Produce and analyze aging payables and receivables and monitor individuals’ due schedule5. Generate a variety of monthly and quarterly reports (including variance analysis on budget versus actual)6. Perform monthly and yearly closing activities (from production order, delivery in process, accrual, fixed asset, account review, reconciliation to variance analysis)7. Closely monitor employee’s expense (advance) report and scheduled settlement. In charge of accrual, loan and prepayment account balance accuracy and integrity8. Lead and perform periodic stock take and fully responsible for fixed asset data integrity (including periodic review on depreciation and economical asset value)9.
