Professional historyMy interest in IT began when I got my hands on Sweden's first school computer, "Esselte 100" in 1980, when my junior high school was the first in Sweden to try the subject "Data".After a 4-year Technical High School with a computer focus, I immediately got a job at Stockholm University's computer department where, among other things, I had to take responsibility for Apple's computers that were introduced alongside the mainframes, when they were considered "Toys".The so-called "Toys" turned out to have greater potential than the mainframe people had expected and I was quickly recruited to the private sector where, after several years in the "Apple" world, I also embraced the "PC" world and then worked for many years as consultant on hundreds of different assignments, which ultimately led to permanent employment as Infrastructure Specialist.PersonallyI live in an apartment in the town of Hägersten with my family, which consists of Sambo, two teenage daughters and two dogs.Besides my given interest in everything concering IT, where I sometimes annoy my family with my constant "improvements" of the home using "Smart Home" products, I also love to use my hands to build and improve the apartment and country house and has a slightly too large collection of power-tools.However, when time allows, , I try to go to the gym to keep my health at its best and have tried almost all types of group exercises, with Zumba being the form of exercise that I am most hooked on, so much so that I thought about becoming an instructor myself .I also have a dedicated room for my/the family's computers so that any remote work can function optimally if necessary.
