I was responsible for the successful development of a 3 year IT investment plan by aligning strategic business objectives to technology innovations. This task was achieved by building a strong understanding of the Airport to Airport Supply Chain business and with my ability to forge solid relationships with senior executive leaders. I have also been successful in shaping business cases targeted at improving operational efficiency through utilising technology changes & trends. Structured as a 2 year rotation program through the Qantas business, I was able to gain experience in the Project Management Office in a long awaited sourcing program for desktop services. My other rotation involved working directly with the Air Cargo group as a Business Analyst. The desktop support sourcing program provided grounding and appreciation for the PMO function while my Business Analyst role provide a more in-depth understanding of the pressures of an operational business. I was excelled through the program and was asked to stay within the Cargo business to succeed in my future positions.
