I’ve always been fascinated by strategy. Back in my school days, this fascination came alive on the chessboard. Chess wasn’t just a game for me—it was a mental exercise in forethinking and planning every move. My coach had this saying: “One good move can win you the game, but for that one move, you have to play a solid game throughout.”Fast forward to today, and I see the same principles at play in my career in intellectual property (IP). When I stepped into this field after college, it felt like everything clicked. IP is about staying ahead of the curve, planning your moves carefully, and always thinking long-term.In my 12+ years in this domain, I’ve worked on a variety of interesting challenges:- Helping clients monetize their patent portfolios.- Guiding them through tough legal battles to protect their IP.- Advising on investments to maximize ROI from their innovations.- Finding solutions when managing IP feels like solving a never-ending puzzle.For me, it’s not just about the work—it’s about solving problems and making a real impact. I believe in the mantra: “If you’re not innovating, you’re not growing.” It’s the guiding principle behind everything I do.Outside of work, I’m passionate about technology and enjoy connecting with people. I love discussing ideas before taking action and give my all to any goal I set my sights on.
