1.Develop annual, seasonal, monthly sales target plan, and follow the implementation;2.Responsible for all of the monthly direct store and market investigation, and formulate the corresponding promotion programs and measures.3. Coordination of the manager of the store personnel, reasonable arrangements for the division of labor, training potential employees;4.Formulate, implement direct ministry regulations and implementation of corporate culture propaganda.5.
