Ipr Phils Email and Phone Number
An on-going nursing shortage in the United States that started in the late 90s paved way for the creation of International Personnel Resources, Ltd. Co. with a POEA License POEA-161-LB-092820-R which in turn partnered with Presbyterian Homes and Services in Minnesota in hopes of addressing their perennial problem of nursing shortages and the increasing cost of hiring nurses from the nursing pools. IPR’s main office is located in Ortigas Center and have national coverage and recruiting in areas of Manila, Baguio, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cebu, and Cagayan De Oro. The agency currently has deployed more than 425 nurses to the US, and sent more than a thousand individuals counting their qualified dependents having been processed under Employment-based Immigrant visa since 2001. The recruitment program of the company is one of the best in the market in terms of how much benefit the company is willing to give to the applicant while in process. We are not just a placement agency, a strong sense of ministry and social responsibility are but integral parts of our operation as expressed in our involvement in medical-dental missions, provision on scholarship grants, and logistical help for the LGUs and provincial hospitals.
