CurrentAs part of Citigroup Project, I collaborate with the Applications Manager to ensure compliance, risk management, control, maintenance, onboarding, and security for both third-party SaaS and in-house enterprise applications. These include Oracle Procure to Pay, Source to Contract, and Citi's Supply Chain portal, hosted on AWS, Azure, and Google platforms.My responsibilities include:Leading Technology Projects: From defining project scope to creating detailed plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery, I lead projects end-to-end.Collaborating Across Teams: I work closely with various teams to design tailored solutions, analyse processes, recommend suitable platforms, oversee implementations, and facilitate communication among stakeholders, teams, and vendors. This ensures alignment and successful execution.Ensuring Standards and Documentation: I ensure all projects meet established standards and are thoroughly documented, including conducting post-implementation reviews for project assessment and future learnings.Managing Statements of Work (SOWs): I oversee the creation and management of SOWs, ensuring clear and effective project documentation.Conducting Vulnerability Assessments: I perform comprehensive assessments for over 10 applications to identify and mitigate potential security risks.Automated Testing: I perform automated testing using the UFT tool and VBScript, customizing automation processes to meet client-specific requirements.In addition to these responsibilities, I have extensive experience working on Oracle Account Payables and the General Ledger module, contributing to the efficient management of financial operations within the organization.
