• Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment - Head Hunting, Internet Research, resume screening, phone screening, in-person interview, HR and informal discussions with IT consultants in order to do technical and behavioral evaluation of candidates, reference check, facilitating background check if needed by client, salary/ Rate Negotiation, extending offers to qualified candidates.• Diligently screen, interview, hire, manage and maintain technical professionals through video meetings and phone calls to create more effective job placements for clients and ensure job satisfaction.• Recruiting Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD, TN Permit and H1B consultants as per the client requirement for various projects on Salaried and Contract – W2, 1099 or Corp-to-Corp basis• Effectively recruit for a diverse clientele and prioritize positions for teams based on hiring managers and company needs• Provide career advice and resume assistance to technical candidates
