I was involved in a niche and highly collectable card distribution business. Based in New Zealand over a six month contract. My remit is to look at the already highly successful business and find ways of increasing the Japanese / USA mix of collectors by helping them communicate via the web. I also look at new mediums to manufacture and print on then develop these in to full fledged cards or collectables, also integrating into the existing portal richer and more dynamic content.

Manage and support all new business and account management functions for UK / Europe. Conxion are a content delivery platform offering edge network solutions for clients like Microsoft and Oracle. This included all patch management solutions and a delivery mechanism for Microsoft Windows updates.

This environment of 3 sales people per team allowed me to motivate and coach two eager to learn junior sales people. This enabled me to take a promotion to Regional Sales Manager, based in Manchester. Highlights: Employing / Training and Mentioning a team of 12 Sales People. Setting up an effective office and kick starting what became a highly motivated and lucrative sales force. Overview: Here I employed 12 sales and back office staff from scratch, most with none or very little IP/ TelCo experience into what turned out to be a extremely successful and productive office. We sold from the beginning products such as Dial, web space, ISDN, ISDN2e, Leased Lines, FM Servers & Co-location. I left prior to the merger with B Sky B.

PSI Net was one of the first comercial ISP's in the UK. Offering Leased line, dial up conectivity and Web Services.

I was responsible for analogue and digital audio sales for Yamaha Kemble. I sold into both the dealer network and hire / installation companies. They included Britannia Row, SSE, Marquee Audio, Turnkey, City Music. Was responsible for the sale of the transition mixing console PM3000 to PM4000, and the launch and subsequent record sale of the first digital mixing console sub £2000.00 the Promix 01 and 02r. I also won a contract for the sound equipment installation for the first production of Joseph and The amazing Technicolor Dream Coat at the London Palladium, involving Martin Levan the sound designer. Total deal value with 2 x PM3000 1 x DMR8 40 x amplifies and 50 x Graphics and sound effects processors came to in excess for £200,000
