CurrentProjects: Family Island (70m+ downloads), MyCafe (100m+ downloads)My role is focused on product counselling and structuring legal and operational procedures to facilitate product & back-office teams achieve their goals within the international work environment.– Product compliance (worldwide regulatory and platforms affairs, consumer protection)– Setting up, maintaining, and supervising legal and operational workflows for the group of companies (automation, resourcing, and tooling)– Delivering workshops, pieces of training, lunch & learn sessions dedicated to various legal topics– Development and implementation of the group data privacy program (GDPR, CCPA compliance): internal policies, registers, data mapping, DPAs, SCCs, etc.– Intellectual property matters (IP clearance, UGC, Open Source)– Development and implementation effective contract and vendor management workflows– Setting up internal group policies and regulations (including HR policies)– Commercial Contracts drafting & review
