The NHS Individual Placement & Support Team provides support to employers who want to tackle existing inequalities and have an interest in recruiting an inclusive and diverse workforce. IPS supports candidates who have had a period of mental ill health back into employment. IPS Employment Specialists provide a free recruitment service and work with both the employers and candidates to job match, place and sustain employment. This includes working with the individual on WRAP/Recovery passports and having regular contact to meet the needs of the candidate and the employer. IPS offers employers advise and signposting around supporting employee's mental health and well-being.
