Current- ELM is registered with Citi Systems Inventory (CSI) which enforces application to adhere to Citigroup policy or governmental regulations. - ELM is registered in Project Tracking System (PTS) for tracking of application releases and its artifacts. - ELM application migration to new set of servers starting Dev to PROD under new CSI. - RLM, BitBucket and JIRA setup for ELM under new CSI - Decision Tree implementation to find out the output as EUC, Core IT or ITeSS - ELM Integration with ITeSS applications i.e. Enterprise Digital Platform and Risk Assessment Platform. - Merging FRSS and FINANCE sectors in ELM to make it a single codebase based on maintainability .2021 - 23- Worked on Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM)- Developed application using Appian (A low code development tool), Oracle, ASPOSE- BitBucket as repository, Jenkin to build and RLM for deployment process- As a technical delivery manager, manage a team of 10 members- Responsible for working product delivery frequently with efficiency - Agile based project management and delivery- Did the transformation through DevOps- Manage requirements in backlog. Prioritization, estimations and planning of the implementation- Identifying stakeholder’s issues with existing technology, providing best practice concepts & process flows and spearheading end-to-end project management from conceptualization to technology mapping, resource & task scheduling and final execution of projects- Coordinate with product owner to accommodate change based on prioratization- Collaborate with teams to design and deliver technology solutions to resolve business problems- Defining and refining processes to deliver a quality product- Take care of resource management and their performance- Manage release management of the product in coordination with stake holder- Facilitate integration with Global Directory, EUC Portal and CSI application with ELM- Voted as one of the best 10 applications in Citi
