Using the climate models, conducting reservoir optimization for water use.Previously worked on climate change and water issues in the North Eastern United States, targeting in particular, drinking water utilities. Assessing risks of drinking water quality, and quantity, along with infrastructural risks they may face with changing temperature, precipitation, and other climatic events. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Researched and conducted stakeholder dialogue for an optional design and framework for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) post Rio+20. • Teaching and Capacity Building Exercise1. Online World Bank Course: Provided written and lecture-based materials for an online World Bank course organized by TERI on Policies and Practices for Natural Resources Management.2. ITEC/SCAAP Course: Created the course outline for and delivered lectures on gender issues on Resource scarcity and governance: issues and challenges for professionals from the Global South funded by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.• Workshop/Events 1. Rio+20 side event: On “Civil Society and Knowledge Networks: Dialogues around Institutional Framework for Sustainable Development” in collaboration with UNDP/IPC-IG, Brazil.2. BIOCORE Research for the European Union: Created an exercise for scenario building for stakeholders to study social, political and legal aspects of second generation bio-refineries in France, Germany, Hungary and India. 2. Organic Agriculture: Analysed pathways for sustainable development in organic agriculture.3. Resource Efficiency in India: Handled research on middle class consumption, Indian policies related to resource efficiency (in particular minerals) for the Indian context.
