+ Authored a narrative nonfiction book based on the lives and science of three Indian women who, in 2013, helped send a rocket to Mars for less than it cost to make The Martian. To be published soon by Trapeze in the UK and Commonwealth. + This book is entirely based on original reporting and recreates scenes using well over a hundred interviews with the three leading characters and numerous secondary sources, along with extensive on-the-ground research. + Awarded a grant for a work in progress by the UK Society of Authors in September 2019.

+ Developed science nonfiction book proposals for Stripe Press across 80 diverse fields, from vaccine development to climate change, zoology, nuclear power, and more. Discovered leading scientists who could author pieces based on these proposals for science-curious general readerships. + Contributed to the launches of Stripe Press' books by writing marketing copy for Amazon, Press' website and newsletter, and researching marketing leads.+ Evaluated inbound manuscripts and proposals to help build and enrich Press’ list. + Developed a new, internationally-focused and in-depth vertical for Increment, a quarterly magazine for engineering teams. + Reported, researched, and wrote long-form, narrative nonfiction pieces for WIRED, Smithsonian, BuzzFeed News, and others. These pieces are primarily based on STEM topics and are character driven.+ Led reporting projects in rural communities in India for Smithsonian, Medium, among others, to capture the effects of socioeconomic and cultural challenges on women's lives. + Profiled Olympians, human rights lawyers, journalists, technology leaders, space scientists, and several other persons.

+ Founded Synopted News, a digital startup that helped serve news to mobile users in small town and rural India. Led product development and user research for Synopted, overseeing a team of 3. + Conducted large-scale qualitative ethnographic research across Tier 1 Indian cities including Mumbai, Tier 2 cities including Pune, and rural India, to understand the behaviours and habits of news readers across the literacy and technology spectrum.

Contributed over 35 reported and opinion pieces on lifestyle, culture, and current events to the paper's Newspapers in Education (NiE) edition and the Hyderabad Times edition. Specifically targeted at a teenaged readership, the NiE edition won the World Young Reader Prize from the World Association of Newspapers (WAN) in 2006.
