Ever since I was young, technology has captivated me, largely due to the influence of my older brother. However, it wasn't until I turned 23 that I truly delved into the realm of development, starting my journey at Brasiliano INTERISK. Under the guidance of my manager, Efraim, I began navigating the world of AngularJS, taking on challenges that honed my resilience.In 2017, my innate curiosity led me to explore Angular 2 and NodeJs. The following year, my brother Marcos introduced me to several projects at Sypros. Those 10 transformative months not only solidified Marcos as a familial figure but also as a professional beacon.Most of my career has been centered around FrontEnd, working with tools like Ionic and Angular 2. Yet, in 2020, I embarked on a new chapter with Mundo Livre Digital (MLD). Initially joining as a Solutions Architect, I became acquainted with the Twilio ecosystem. My time at MLD was marked by its dynamism—shifting roles and collaborating closely with Director Rita. This period reached its zenith when I earned my Twilio certification in 2021.By May 2021, I was entrusted with leading MLD's development team—a passionately cohesive group. During my tenure at MLD, we tackled a spectrum of Twilio projects, ranging from creating ChatBots and URA solutions to integrating platforms like Twilio Flex for human interaction. This enriching experience persisted as I continued as Tech Lead until November 2021.As that chapter concluded, I embraced a fresh role as a Technology Evangelist at MLD, emphasizing ongoing training and development for the technical team.Ultimately, my path brought me to Wittel, where I spent nearly 2 years as a TechLead for Twilio, overseeing projects from inception to final deployment.

We set up a server on Discord, bridging the technical team at MLD with the client's business team, organizing the backlog, and assessing the feasibility of requirements with the Twilio team. The recovery was a success; MLD was hired as a software development partner for several months (from May to December 2021). We successfully migrated the most crucial functionalities from Zendesk to Twilio Flex.• I continued with requirement gathering and specification drafting, providing support to clients in the Healthcare, Financial Market, and Logistics sectors, while also maintaining support for MLD's internal team.• I participated in numerous portability processes for Contact Center Operations transitioning from other carriers to Twilio. The procedure involved coordination between Twilio, the originating carrier, and Anatel. My role in these portabilities was to provide technical support to the client, making minor adjustments in service flows, setups in the Twilio Console, clarifying client queries, and conveying technical/commercial team corrections and new features identified during the portability process.• Engaged in the development of complex architectures involving Twilio, SalesForce, and AWS.• Provided exclusive support to high-priority clients using Slack and WhatsApp.• Managed backlogs in Jira, documentation in Confluence, and code versioning in BitBucket.• Estimated efforts for individual features and entire projects.• Oversaw MLD's Dev team in tasks such as reporting working hours, crafting team presentations, disseminating knowledge, and facilitating team dynamics.• Conducted weekly Planning and Review sessions with the first batch of developers from Carambola, a social project aimed at promoting diversity in the tech workspace, which I am honored to be part of to this day. -
Solutions ArchitectMundo Livre Digital Jul 2020 - Apr 2021São Paulo, São Paulo, Brasil• I conducted requirement gathering with clients. Once all requirements were validated, I developed the Functional/Technical Specification and forwarded it to the development team responsible for the feature/project. They would then provide a time estimate for implementation. These estimates were sent to the sales department, which calculated the cost and forwarded a commercial proposal to the client.• Following project approval, I acted as a support for the development team, resolving conflicts, organizing backlogs (using Jira and Trello), and facilitating requirements/features both within and outside of Twilio. At the conclusion of each feature or project development, I oversaw numerous tests and validations with the technical team and the client. Some validations led to further adjustments and corrections, or even requests for new features, which were communicated to the sales department.• I provided direct client support via WhatsApp, Zendesk tickets, and email. Support tickets were categorized into simple queries and adjustments (N1) and corrections and feature adjustments with or without code (N2).• I crafted and adjusted service flows for Voice, Chat, WhatsApp, and SMS using the Twilio Studio tool.• I configured SIP trunking between Twilio and other carriers (Twilio BYOC).• I managed the deployment of plugins on the agent interface (Flex).• I evaluated/refactored implemented FrontEnd and BackEnd features within Twilio, and in some cases outside of Twilio, such as on AWS and Azure platforms.• I integrated Single Sign-On with various identity providers like ADFS, Azure, JumpCloud, and Google (SAML2). -
