- Manage service customer for example (Installation WHM and Plesk, basic setup cloud computing based on VMware, OpenStack and Proxmox infrastructure)- Familiar with infrastucture and network monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, PRTG, Netdata, Nagios etc).- Comfortable and Proficient using GNU/linux environment (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Redhat etc) and Familiar with Windows Server environment.- Tracking issue via ticketing using Zoho Desk, SalesIQ and Remote Access using Zoho Assist.- Monitor the health of the fleet of systems, automation, perform maintenance tasks, and create monthly reporting systems as needed. - Experience of configuring disk-based technologies: RAID, LVM and Non-LVM. - Configure and troubleshoot customer cloud service such as web service (IIS, Apache, Nginx) database service and network service until it running properly.- Configure and troubleshoot customer network things in virtual router such as firewall, port forwarding, load balancer and NAT.- Working closely with L2 engineering Team to solving customer problem and escalating to L3 engineering team if necessary.
