Projects:"Enhancing Coastal Resilience to Climate Change through Nature-Based Solutions". Outline: Increasing resiliency to climate change vulnerability ans risk, including coastal and riverine flooding, sea level rise, tropical cyclones, storm surges, drought, and extreme heat in 22 Coastal towns of Bangladesh. In collaboration with the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA) and funded by ADB.

Project: "CORE Bangladesh: Community Resilience through rapid prototyping of flood proofing technologies".Outline: In collaboration with Dutch and Bangladeshi small enterprises and NGO funded by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO).2. Project: "Training on “Engineering and Flood Risk through a Gender Lens”".Outline: Expanding Capabilities in Remote Sensing and Raising Awareness of Gender-Based Vulnerabilities for Improved Flood Risk Management. Funded by Orange Knowledge Programme, Netherlands. 3. Project: "An Investigation on the Causes of Embankment Failure and Recommendations for Sustainable Solutions".Outline: Exploring the failure of the embankment and protection works. Then propose a feasible eco-friendly plan for embankment considering historical floods, erosion, wave action, local demand, and climate change and link up the solutions with the SDGs and Bangladesh Delta Plan-2100.Responsibilities--Developed Prototypes of Community-based Mitigation and Adaptation Measures for Climate Change and Water-related Disasters. - Estimated the cost, and supervised the construction of Disaster-resilience Technologies.- Monitored and Evaluated the Performance of infrastructures.- Conducted Questionnaire Survey, Focal Group Discussion (FGD), Key Informant Interview (KII).- Performed Water Quality Test, Hydrological analysis, and Hydrodynamic Modeling, RS & GIS analysis and Mapping on ArcGIS.

Project Name: ''Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Measure against Floods and Storm Surges in Bangladesh", funded by JICA-JST. - Worked on developing a modern Storm Surge warning system for the 19 coastal district that will deduce the location specific warning including wind speed, inundation, condition of houses and embankments..-Worked on GIS analysis and Mapping on ArcGIS.

- Providing consultation with the Environment, Climate Change, and disaster-related aspects.- Contributing to idea generation, project proposal writing, analysis, assessment, recommendation, and report writing.-Planned and developed strategies and maintained and monitored projects in khulna division.- Managed volunteers and raised fund for 16 projects including education, health and disaster response.- Ensured stakeholder views and Conducted meetings and coordinated all team members.
