Project - DAICEC - The Project constitute of 11 chillers 1000 Tons each (11000 TR) serving to Exhibition halls, Theater, Commercial offices and Residential apartmentsJob Responsibilities involves:• Detail Review of Design and Specifications received from Consultants (Heat Loads, Static Pressure, Pump Head etc) for HVAC complying with industry Standards such as ISHRAE, Carrier Hand book and Fundamentals. • Review Contractor’s shop drawings and Calculations against the design (tender) for compliance with the design intent and return to HOD with appropriate comments / approval within the specified contractual period.• Review contractor’s mechanical shop drawing and Calculations in conjunction with the structural, Architectural and Electrical engineers to ensure engineering co-ordination and advise the Mechanical HOD accordingly.• Coordinating with Consultants and raise RFI (Request For Information) for resolving Designs and Drawings related issues.• Prepare IFC & Shop drawing (CSD - Combined Services Drawings) for the MEP Services and issue the same for Construction team as and when require.• Conducting Workshops between Sub – Contractors, Client and Consultants for Review of Shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting) submitted by Sub -Contractors and prepare for final submission for site execution.• Guiding and providing Technical support to the Team of Engineers (Site and Design) and Draftsmen for making Shop drawings for MEP Services.• Coordinating with different disciplines i.e. Structural & Architectural for Design and Drawing related queries.• Facilitating Builders work drawings for Shear/ Block wall / Slab cutouts drawings and also help resolve site issues related to Design and drawing for Construction team.

Project: Commercial ProjectsJob Responsibilities involves coordinating in all aspects of Project with Client, Contractors and other disciples as below:• Detailed design engineering of HVAC system which involves, heat load calculations, duct and pipe routing, drawing & specifications.• Sizing of HVAC accessories like Grilles, Damper, Diffusers, Nozzles etc • Preparing Drawings and Submittals for Client Approval based on Specifications.• Coordinating with Client for Approvals and Dispatch Clearance based on material TC and Inspection reports.• Raising Inspection calls for material to be delivered.• Estimation of HVAC Project to ensure timely Delivery of materials on site for ongoing projects.• Identifying materials to be delivered on priority and raise Purchase Requisition in SAP system.• Coordinating with Site Engineers and ordering materials that cannot be arranged from Site.• Coordinating with Purchase team for Vendors selection based on Cost analysis for the material.• Coordinating with Vendors for Technical Data required for materials to be ordered.• Ensuring on time delivery of material so as not to hamper Execution activities.• Assisting Sales team for required Engineering Data to prepare Quotes for bidding.

Project - JODP - Marriott InternationalLocation - Saudi Arabia• Detail designing of HVAC system involving Cooling load calculation as per ASHRAE standard using HAP 4.5. and ESP calculations.• Chilled water calculation such as Chilled water pipe sizing, Pump Head calculation and selecting suitable Chilled water pumps.• Selecting AC equipment like Fan coil units, AHU, FAHU, Heat exchangers, Package units and Air terminals.• Prepares Drawing Schedule and ensure the timely submittal of drawings.• Prepare Material Presentation including sketches, Calculation etc. as per the standards and specification for client approval.• Prepare Design and shop drawing for the HVAC system.• Making Co-ordination drawings for building utilities in real time installation.• Review and check the drawing received from the Design consultant.• Review and evaluate the commented drawings from client and arrange for resubmittal. • Making Quantity take off for materials.• Coordinate with Procurement Department for Material Selection and submittal.• Coordinating with Project Managers, Structural and Electro/ Mech. Disciplines.• Develops and formulate solution for problems arising from specific condition.

Project -DHPL - Hotel• Study of tender documents; identify scope of works and review of material specs & all other technical/commercial requirements, conduct site visit as required.• Heat Load Calculation in accordance to the building survey following the ISHRAE codes.• Selection of HVAC equipments.• Duct Design and sizing (ISHRAE, SMACNA).• Design Submission and Preparation of Design and Analysis Report (BOD) to submit the client.• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and floating the enquiries to the vendors.• Preparation of workshop drawings and Material submittal for Consultant approval.• Coordinating with Architect/ contractors during the execution of the project.• Coordinating with back office staff and/ or suppliers towards timely delivery of materials.
