Responsible for dealing with questions and/or complaints from Shopee users through social media.- Handle customer inquiries and requests from the customer through social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)- Provide customer engagement to increase customer satisfaction- Give solutions to resolve users inquiries- Escalating complaint tickets that need to be escalated to the relevant Work Unit- Meet KPI such as 125 productivity per day, SLA first response, customer satisfaction, etc
