• Site coordination with cleanroom facilities team, subcontractors and clients during the tenure of the project in order to ensure the facilities operation is not affected.• Attend coordination meetings with clients in the planning phase and also project coordination meeting to ensure during the construction phase, the works are conforming to the desired design and outcome.• Collaborate with facilities team in information sharing and creating a BIM model for the construction area to give a better picture and understanding to the major stakeholders if there is any works that affected the facilities operation.• Provide technical and feasibility of client’s design on the current project site basing from BIM model and information.• Systematically record and manage the budget and cost of every structure construction using the data tags in BIM and verify with appoint Quantity Surveyor and maintaining the costing variance within less than 5%-7%.• Verifying reinforcement schedule, on-site with projected and revised the purchasing system for rebars which managed to reduce the materials wastage by 20% on structural works.

• Involved actively as one of the technical controllers for digital construction.• Liaising with BIM center to highlight any discrepancies between on-site and on BIM drawing.• Ensuring the data tags in construction elements such as material specification, supply chain, cost and manufacturer specification and information is up to date as per contracts.• Troubleshoot and resolved all BIM related software issues on site as the only BIM technical controller.• Presenting to client using BIM model to increase the efficiency of resolving immediate site problems such as site constraint that might affect or changes the initial design drawing.• Documented and produce Extend of Time (EOT) report for the project using the project progress tracking via BIM with proper supporting documents.• Expediting the project by 2 weeks by regularly updating and verifying the actual and projected working schedule on-site with BIM software to identify any potential hiccups and work out preventative measures.
