Campina is one of the leading ice cream brand as well as manufacturers in Indonesia which is stands by inventing specially crafted products to creating happiness and pleasure for their customers.Responsibilities:- Successfully handled the company’s brand concept, including designing key visual brand and executing online and offline advertising needs.- Managed to design and produce various marketing materials such as banners, flyers, and posters.- Responsible for creating weekly Instagram posts and promotional videos for advertising campaigns. Utilized an understanding of UI/UX principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that effectively communicated brand messages.- Working closely and collaborate with 2 Assistant Brand Manager and 1 Social Media Specialist to ensure the quality of the brand image and awareness.

- Develop and create 20+ copy weekly content through editorial plan for social media posts- Collaborate with 3 other content writer to create content plan for social media every week

- Responsible for conducted research, planning, implementation, and evaluation community project in MatahariKecil Community Jakarta

- Help and assisting in coordinating the preparation of technical policies in the scope of government planning and human development- Help and assisting in coordinating the technical development of the implementation of supporting functions for regional government affairs within the scope of government planning and human development- Do the minutes of meeting, task list, and upcoming events plan for government planning and human development division- Dealing with correspondence and data analytics assigned by superiors related to their duties and functions

- Lead, coordinate and organize the entire organization and its program activities to achieve the goals of the organization.- Provide the main ideas which are the strategies and policies of the organization in the context of implementing the program activities. - Optimizing the functions and roles of all divisions and member in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's work

- Design social media strategy and get 400+ followers- Responsible for content planning, scheduling, copywriting, design graphic, and video editing for social media post and publicity materials for the entity in 2 different platforms- Manage 3 team members to achieve goals of communication information division
