▪ Responsible for managing pipeline integrity inspection projects around the Far East territory which includes Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, China and Taiwan.▪ Job scope includes; contract review, planning and coordination of activities, ensuring all project information are entered into Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) system. Communicate with resource management and place necessary requests. Mobilisation and demobilization activities▪ Internal and external Kick-off meeting with client for project planning, site survey, preparation, logistics and job safety reviews.▪ Review assigned project budget from Sales and monitor budget utilization during project execution.▪ Requests task to Data Analyst department to meet reporting requirements, follow up on client’s inquiries for clarification, reviews and revisions.▪ Payment milestones and invoicing, includes follow up on invoice approvals and payment schedules.

Responsible to lead and supervise a team of up to 20 people the execution of pipelines operational pigging and inspection activities. Work carried out: De-commissioning – Launcher/Receiver (Design/fabrication) – LP and HP auxiliary pumps and water injection manifold – Nitrogen Purging (Gas Lines) – Pipeline De-oiling – Cleaning – Gauging – Inspection – Dewatering/Drying (Gas Lines) – Data Assessment.Sales Activities; Acquisition of contacts in the industry service market and introduction of company through business networking. Perform technical presentations to client, preparing technical proposals, commercial proposals and cost estimates. Transfer of specialised knowledge and technical know-how. Oversees ongoing projects, bids expected and potential clients.Accountable for controlling and executing the pipeline operational pigging and cleaning, carry out the inspection works and the required auxiliary works. Site inspection preparation including, site visits acquiring pipeline data and history, verification of survey-related customer requirements.Preparation of technical and commercial proposals, method statements, operational procedures and Job Risk Assessments. HSE safety reviews, detailed time planning of personnel & tool movement, in coordination with the client Project Leader.Responsible for analysing inspection data for quality and completeness. Generate onsite preliminary report; Data post processing: to report most severe anomalies, weld joints/pipe tally, pipeline features, and dig-up sheets.
