Digital Strategy and Enterprise Architecture- Design of digital strategies and master plans in accordance with the bank's strategic orientations.- Identification of digitalization risks and opportunities for the bank and proposal of recommendations for adapting the software coverage.- Identification of areas of synergy and pooling of service platforms, management of the deployment of a modern, agile, open and modular architecture.- Alignment of the application roadmap with the strategic orientations of the bank and the variations by business line and application of the principles of urban planning.- Supervision of enterprise architecture work, particularly on the Application, Business and Customer Experience aspects.- Implementation of the necessary procedures and action plans.- Definition and adaptation of standards and implementation of the outsourcing strategy.Management of IS Assets and Application Project Portfolio- Strategic alignment and value analysis of the project portfolio.- Supervision of the resources allocation dedicated to projects and good compliance with governance.- Animation of large-scale programs and projects with high stakes for the bank.- Regular communication with business lines and management of the bank for better visibility and decisions traceability .- Supervision of satisfaction indicators and management of major crises and incidents.Innovation and Digital Watch- Continuous watch concerning the organizational, methodological and technological aspects (Design Thinking, Agility, Open Source, IA, RPA,...)- Active contribution to the bank's innovation process, enrichment of business cases and cutomer journey with the opportunities offered by emerging technologies.Team management and development- Organizational models definition and measurement of IT-business alignment.- Budget definition & management.- Evaluation of individual and collective team performance & coaching.- Continuous improvement of the quality of services.

▪ Follow-up of production activities and support for Front-to-Back teams on the CIB perimeter: structuring of committees with the business, coordination, assistance of internal teams.▪ Management and implementation of various projects: HVAR, IRS, FXFWD, IPTrade, etc.▪ Realization of software Benchmark on AM and CIB scopes, drafting and launching of RFQ.▪ Analysis of offers and selection of solutions: scoring grids, in-depth workshops, proposed architecture scenarios, implementation strategy.▪ Budget management and contract negotiation and invoicing follow-up on the entire scope of market activities.▪ Formalization of target business processes in BPMN format on MEGA and modeling of organizational scenarios.

▪ Functional support on the Summit software for the IRD desks in London and Paris: Parameterization of assets, curves, listed contracts and OTC. PnL explanations & miss-pricing correction of valuations. Assistance in booking non-vanilla rate products.▪ Project management : Gathering requirements of Trading desks and translating them to functional specifications, mapping 'as-is' and 'to-be' business states, identifying opportunities for improvement, analysing impacts of change, and summarising options & recommendations. Conducting detailed project planning including defining project milestones, deliverables, and timelines in accordance with the objectives. Managing technology/vendor teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure success, as required. Facilitating working group meetings and workshops with stakeholders. Writing user-guides and supporting users to UAT testing.▪ Management of the Offshore engineering team (4 people).

▪ Monitoring of cash and counterparty risk for the trading room: Production of cash consumption statements, assessment of overruns and application of invoicing rules. Edition of cash position hedging recommendations.▪ Project "implementation of a new PDF Treasury reporting on the Business Objects platform": existing system analysis , meeting with users and formalization of needs, validation with traders, writing of specifications, coordination with the team in charge developments, configuration, testing and assistance with trading desks.
