I was working as a Supervisor at Securitas in one of their most valuable accounts (Neutrogena-Johnson and Johnson) with many responsibilities including Operations as well as Security Director responsibilities, daily command center monitoring of 100 cameras, computerized alarm monitoring and response, access control, computerized Shift activity reports, security personnel and log files, Supervising a staff of 34 officers developing extensive evaluation methods yet easy to fill forms by supervisors, scheduling and daily deployment sheets, counseling and incentives procedures as myself kept learning even though I completed all the materials offered by Securitas with a 96% score, and recently after completing the Universal Protection advanced Certification I enrolled with FEMA - DHS and studied their first responder and supervisor courses.February 2011 I resigned from Securitas to join Universal Protection Services.
