I am an effective communicator and networking person. This is something I developed as I moved from Norway in 2018. I needed to make new friends and converse with peers in a whole other language, considering in Norway we did not speak English on daily bases. This is an advantage as I can always find a way to communicate my idea and voice opinions to a variety of people. As well as English, I can fluently speak Norwegian and Urdu, which increases my communication skills and enables me to network with many different people. Being the oldest sibling has given me a lot of responsibility and duties when taking care of my siblings. I often make decisions for them and decide what is best, which I would say is also an excellent quality to have when being part of a team, as I am used to making executive decisions. This has also given me a deep understanding about what to consider when making important decisions. I know I can bring this attribute into the workplace for example, I would move around different departments and help other colleagues, so they do not overwork themselves.
