- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets within Salesforce. - Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization. - Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. - Develop and implement flows. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and data integrity. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. - Customize FSC data model to accommodate specific business requirements. - Integrate FSC with other systems and applications to streamline data flow and enhance productivity. - Provide training and support to users on FSC functionality and best practices. - Design and develop Omniscripts using Omnistudio to automate and streamline sales tasks and processes. - Customize Omniscripts to guide users through complex sales workflows and interactions. - Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on Salesforce and Omnistudio functionality. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities1 - Developing applications in Salesforce using Classic and Lighting Experience, Lighting Components, Visual Force, Apex, REST API, SOAP API, Workflows, Flows, Process builder, Triggers, Validation rules, HTML, JavaScript and CSS, Apex Data Loader. 2 - Configuring organization, user, profiles, roles, security settings & user interface and developing reports and utilizing these reports in dashboards. 3 - Developing process automation in Salesforce utilizing tools like flow, process builder & workflow.4 - Adhering to Salesforce best practices, maintaining code documentation, and writing test classes for all custom development. 5 - Building Custom User Interface, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 6 - Integrating Salesforce APIs to other systems used in the organization.
