As a program officer, my work involved stakeholder management where I was engaged with government officials, police, farmers, local influentials, and UK partner organization to smoothly implement program objectives for the greater good of farmers, their families, prisoners, and kids with special needs. Not to mention, being pioneers in Equine Assisted Therapy borrowed from the U.K, I am a certified professional trainer who has managed a program to train kids through horse riding for their emotional well-being and social skills.
