At Nimai Management Consultants, I provide debt advisory and corporate finance solutions to clients across various sectors and geographies. As an Investment Banking Analyst, I develop and maintain client relationships, conduct initial due diligence and research, prepare and review transaction materials, and perform financial analysis. I have a BA in Finance from Middlesex University Dubai and I am pursuing an FMVA certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge. In addition to my finance background, I have gained multiple skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving through my previous roles in investment, auditing, research, and marketing.
