At the conclusion of eachmonth, Batch Costs and Cost Variance are checked to identify unnecessary or extra costs andcorrected.'* Preparing monthly financial reports, analyze data, and support decision-making processes.* Collaborating with auditors during Internal & External audits.* Preparing monthly reports on 'Personal Expense', 'Costing Working', 'Raw Material Planning' and'Factory Performance'.* Creating a monthly report on inventory and working on lowering Stock Quantity Units (SKUs),especially non-moving item.

* To ensure a seamless financial transaction and reduce risks, Back to Back Letter of Credit (BBLC)against Exports is recorded.* Working with LC entry and preparing documentation as per following LC terms and Conditions.* Support to processing DO (Delivery Order) and OC (Out Challan) as per requisition and approval as wellas.* Processing all activity pertaining to Utilization Declaration (UD) in order to submit Utilization Permission(UP).* Support to Bond department to proceed UP in customs and ensure utilize 100 % UD.* Consumption weight gain and loss against individual UD and inform respective person.* Preparing a weekly report on issues relating to UD and submitting it to the appropriate person.* Notifying and helping the marketing team for any UD-related problematic files.* Processing Document to Bank as after Completing Documentation Part.* Coordinating with the buyer and marketing team on export-related issues.* Assistance with document preparation, submission to the bank, and communication with the bankregarding the relevant issue.* Performing any additional commercial and financial tasks that management has assigned.
