I responsible to manage the operation of a Combine Cycle Power Plant (PLTGU) for the safe, reliable and efficient operation, accountable for monitoring, evaluating and improving the factors which affect the Operations Departments' ability to operate the plant assets to meet planned targets, and to generate targeted revenues under the direction of Operation Manager.As I joined the company from the plant is under construction, commissioning and now operation phase, I assisted operation department to prepare plant take over and COD:- Coordinated 2 x 880MW CCGT power plant operation during commissioning and testing phase with EPC, dispatcher and FSRU- Managed power plant operation during shift for the safe, reliable and efficient - Analyzed and monitored power plant performance and heat rate, based on NERC and PPA standards- Analyzed and monitored power plant (PLTGU) energy revenue based on PPA components- Demonstrated accountable plant operation monitoring within the operator team- Established electronic permit to work (e-PTW) and LOTO system- Established and improved plant specific SOP for operation department- Established operation department personnel scheduling system- Established plant operation reporting system- Motivated and developed operation personnel competency to fulfil requirement for plant operation take over by coaching, mentoring, sharing and training- Managed operation personnel training program- Reviewed and approved any Job Safety Analysis to issued permit to work

Since I joined the company from construction, commissioning to operation phase, I assisted the management as follow:- Managed 85MW geothermal power plant and steam field in safe and efficient operation to maintain commercial availability, meet yearly, monthly and daily technical and commercial target refer to PPA and dispatch request and in compliance with the pertinent policy and procedures- Managed overall maintenance activity permit to work system- Coordinated plant maintenance need with maintenance planner in order to operation continuity- Motivated and improved operation personnel competency by coaching, mentoring, and sharing- Demonstrated accountable plant operation monitoring within the operator team- Coordinated plant operation during commissioning and testing phase with EPC and dispatcher- Organized operation team on the job training during plant commissioning- Established electronic permit to work (e-PTW) system using NiSoft and LOTO procedure- Established plant specific standard operating procedure for operation department- Successfully developed operation personnel competency from fresh graduate to be able to operate the power plant- Reviewed and approved JSA and permit to work

- Under Sarulla Operation Ltd, Sarulla Geothermal 3 x 110MW- Conducted pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of 1x110MW combine geothermal power plant including organic turbine with project department and EPC team- Executed operation of geothermal steam field above ground system (SAGS) and power plant from field- Assisted unit controller to operate integrated combine cycle geothermal power plant

Lead University os Sumatera Utara team for Shell Eco-marathon Asia competition 2012, a challenge of world energy efficiency to design, built and run the fuel efficient car.- Lead and manage the team for national and regional competition to design, build and run fuel efficient vehicle

- Learned about mechanical static equipment under supervised by Mechanical Engineer- Gained understanding about how to read P&ID diagram and process flow diagram - Analyzed and presented Main Heat Exchanger NTU thermal effectiveness as the final project
