The company’s products include medical alert devices & monitoring, security, surveillance, lighting and environmental control systems, child and pet monitoring and other home watch services.

In 2003, the assets of American Home Security (Mr. Beer's prior business as Founder and CEO) were sold to Integrated Alarm Services Group (IASG), a publicly held corporation, as part of an acquisition, sale and merger agreement. Managing over $200 million in company acquisitions, Mr. Beer helped build a subscriber base of over 150,000 customers with over 200 employees covering a 30-state operation. IASG and was sold to Protection One in 2006.

Under Ira's leadership AHS began to organically amass a large residential portfolio of monitored residential alarm customer accounts. AHS became the largest independent residential alarm sales and service provider in Las Vegas and was ranked as one of the largest and fastest growing alarm companies in America by Security Dealer Magazine (a national industry publication that ranks the largest alarm companies in the U.S.). AHS was sold to Integrated Alarm Services Group in December of 2003.

American Pacific Alarms was an authorized reseller of AT&T security system products. The company quickly became a leader within the AT&T network receiving numerous awards and eventually becoming the only reseller granted exclusive territory for the states of Nevada and Arizona. AT&T also hired Ira as a consultant to develop their own call center in Jacksonville, Florida. The call center generated leads for new customer accounts supporting AT&T's national network of over 300 authorized resellers. American Pacific Alarms was sold to Protection One in 1993.

Ira built the company from ground up. Atlantis Construction worked exclusively as a government contractor on military installations in Nevada and California. The company's largest project was as a general contractor for a 35,000 sq. ft. facility for the U.S. Dept. of Navy.

Ira was responsible for financial and economic analysis related to the exploring, developing and mining of industrial and precious minerals for this publicly traded NASDAQ company.
