My intrigue with resource management and Teamwork probably began with once finding a cashable check I had forgotten about hidden under a stash of mail that I had avoided. I marveled how much I had resisted something that was entirely Good yet hidden from view until I paid more attention. This lesson, that "The Solution is within the Problem" has became something of a North Star, a steady reminder that when problems persist, its time to decipher what's at the root and get things working again. We so often get caught between "chasing the goal while avoiding the troll" we are pressed for time and distracted from to seeing and harnessing resources we already have. And the greatest resources the ones often most easily neglected, are the People and Relationships in our lives who make success worth having and who make real or perceived failures bearable and temporary.
