Company Mission – Oversee new and stabilized development projects, including delivering a Passive House project in Williamsburg and develop improving strategies for retail assets throughout Brooklyn and Queens. • Managing Director for a Passive House brownstone gut-renovation project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. • Various roles in development, including: acquisitions, proforma underwriting, site selection, construction management for onsite crews. • Worked with attorneys, architects, structural & mechanical engineers, and field construction crews to deliver an energy efficient gut rehab of a 4-unit brownstone. • Brownstone Development included implementing aggressive process to convert 6’ below-grade cellar to 13’ high ceilings. Underpinning process involved creating grade-beam construction and then underpinning beams to provide 8’ below-grade additional space, creating dramatic cellar space. Rear wall of structure was pushed back in a tiered fashion to create outdoor spaces (terraces) for each unit. • Established working budgets for “WeWork” style office development project in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.• Wrote highest & best-use analyses for development projects positioned over large retail locations in Astoria, Queens.
