I always wanted to own my own business. I guess it started the first time I got a nickel at my lemonade stand. I love money and nice things , but for me it wasn't only about money . It's about pleasing folks and enjoying the day. My real job is problem solving , my goal is to do it in such a way that helps myself and others. Easier said then done

First , I learned the Military & Export Packing Business. I developed a passion for it and was intrigued by it's history . After gaining knowledge I went to work cold calling, knocking on doors & networking to build a book of business. As my expertise grew, I learned how to not only do the work but also estimate the jobs . This combination gave me the ability to run a small but complex business.

Empress was a very successful & well run importer . 90 % of my day was spent on the phone either soliciting new clients or selling to steady accounts. The other 10 % of my time I spent learning & listening about how to emulate wealthy & successful people . The Vice President became my mentor & best friend . Today he is 80 & I'm 60 but now we mentor each other.
