As the CEO and Founder of First Inning Holdings Inc I leverage my extensive experience and network in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and M&A Consulting to provide innovative and strategic solutions for Sports related businesses and opportunities. I founded and underwrote First Inning Holdings in January of 2024 with a vision to create a Global platform that offers Corporate Consulting Services, Collegiate Branding Services and Sports Team Acquisitions.Since 2008, I have successfully represented and supported over $7 billion in aggregate market capitalization to the financial community, and helped many public companies like Amedisys and Orko Silver either uplist to superior exchanges like the NYSE or Nasdaq NMS or be purchased. I also launched an entrepreneurial platform at Rutgers, Duke and Yale Universities to support Undergraduate and MBA students in their efforts to increase their knowledge of the Sports Venture and the M&A markets. I am passionate about Sports philanthropy and social impact, and I serve as an advisor to Sports Philanthropy Network, a non-profit organization, and support Israeli and U.S. military veteran charities.
