Furthermore, the partners of On Solid Ground RV & Boat Storage strive to maximize investor returns as this asset class transitions to an institutional-grade investment classification in the private equity sector.Engaged in commercial real estate valuation throughout Florida and the Southeastern U.S. since 2005, I have prepared appraisal reports for major financial lending institutions, REIT’s, attorneys, and private property owners for the purpose of loan origination, portfolio asset management, estate planning, and litigation. I have an extensive background in appraising market-rate and income-restricted (LIHTC) apartments.
