Used Excel to prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts of Orders, Sales, Earnings, and Operating Cash (“Key Indicators”) for BU and worked with other business units to consolidate forecasts for $2.5 billion LOB. Used vlookup function and pivot tables in Excel to prepare reports for BU and LOB comparing monthly and year-to-date results to budgeted and forecasted amounts for each Key Indicator and explained the variances.
