My career started in the TV commercial production business back in 1982, including 2+ years at Dancer Fitzgerald Sample (now Saatchi & Saatchi), producing video graphics at HBO, and head of East Coast Sales for Exit Productions. My real love was animation and special effects. After 10 years working on national accounts, I switched to the print end of things taking a job with Monarch Graphics (now Monarch Communications). I took over Monarch in 1996.Monarch's clients run the gamut from A to Z (literally from Arrow Fasteners to Zero International), from small businesses to large multi-national corporations. Our client list includes manufacturers of fitness equipment, hardware items, window/door enhancements; service organizations in human resources, law firms, financial services, payroll, insurance, medical care; sleep-away and day camps; several not-for-profit organizations and much more.Monarch produces a variety of advertising/marketing materials include corporate ID packages, brochures, catalogs, package/label design, newsletters, annual reports, trade show displays, website design, search engine marketing, print advertising, PR, etc, and we like to dabble in social media when the opportunities arise. Over the past few months we have helped clients with post-production on a couple of short promotional videos and helping them set-up their YouTube Channels.One of my clients called me "the last of the old time salesman."
